Off the top of my head:
Cutting off the ring - effectively
    Parrying
Shoulder rolls- outside of Toney and Mayweather who else uses this
    peak a boo defense

Why do people think these techniques have gone into decline - lack of solid trainers? Closing of gyms?

Deliberately bouncing off the ropes to propel yourself forward when attacking. Standing on your opponent's lead toe by 'accident' while you jab him.

Lead foot/light foot stance: 90% of your weight on the back foot, 10% on the heel of your front foot, like Tricky Nicky ushered in. Nobody does that now. Lost art.

Sugar Ray Leonard's trick where he waved his right and simultaneously jabbed with his left is rarely seen these days.

What about 'Sweet Pea' Whittaker's party trick where he's cornered and bounces out of there using the bottom rope. Only Whittaker would have even dared to dream up such a move.

Telling a joke to the audience while holding your opponent. Used to be a pretty good method to win rounds.

Roy Jones was chatting away to Danny Green in the audience while he was toying with Jeff Lacy.

im always suprised Pwee didnt have more KO's he always seemed to punch so fast and sharp and with real venom, i wonder how big his hands were.

Feinting is a dead art now, no one uses it.
Real quality infighters are decling as well lots of pressure fighters but no one that can make u miss in close

Boring fighter but really good at what he did, I guess. I hear he had a good sense of humour also and appeared in some films.
