Laughable wish fulfilment going on here. The ONLY hope Ricky's got is if Kats is shot, in which case it's a tainted victory.

Me. Burns is going to totally outbox the brave aussie, breaking his big heart on the outside so much so I can see Ricky breaking him down & stopping Kat on his feet by the 11th at the latest. I will happily take a points win, but I think Burns can get this guy out of there before the end with the help of the power hes now added to his all round game now that hes bulked up a bit. Listen, I know what Burns is capable of. hes a tough kid & a great boxer, & Kats MADE for him. This is Burns time, & this time the Kat wont have the cream:good
Nah' i can see what DF means. If Ricky can somehow beat Katsidis, it's gonna' be the proudest day in Scotland's very small history. We'll have "Ricky would of even beaten a prime Katsidis", or "Katsidis had come off a win so how was he shot", when we all know dispite Katsidis being a massive favourite, he's still well past his best even now. Saying that Burns can only beat who's put infront of him, he'll know deep down if he win's, he didn't beat the best Katsidis there was... But it won't stop the Iron Bru lover's milking every second of it
if burns beats katsidis then in just over a year he has beaten 2 very good world class fighters in martinez and katsidis who before the fight were massive favorites to beat him. if he pulls this off he gets massive respect

Which is it then? Is Katsidis shot or not. Its easy to say after the fight that he is shot simply to discredit the win. You cant say Ricky is going to be destroyed in 6 then say well........if he does somehow manage to win then Kats was simply shot!!!!
It's not impossible for Burns to win, it's just very unlikely. I've seen stranger thing's happen in the world of Boxing. I know Katsidis is past his best, he's not shot, but he's far from the best version of Katsidis there ever was... But even still i'm picking him over Burns, simply because he's bigger, stronger, smarter and more experienced than Burns has ever faced. I don't believe Burns has the power to earn Katsidis' respect, and i don't care if people have said "oh he's looking strong in the gym", i simply refuse to believe it... It may come back to bite me in the arse come Saturday night, but i very much doubt it... But good luck to Burns

How many of you have watched Guerrero-Katsidis? As previous posts will testify to, I really rate Guerrero, but there's no way he would've beaten a near best Katsidis quite like that. Katsidis didn't have much left after the Marquez bout, and I fear The Ghost may have beaten whatever was left out of him. In no way is this a mismatch, and Burns can thank two of Mikey's losses for that.
