Would I like to see Penn/Sanchez II? While it would be a good scrap, BJ is on the slide, and he shouldn't be fighting anyone because he is simply not the same fighter who made that name special.

Sanchez knows this, and whether or not this interview was conducted before or after UFC 137 doesn't matter.. He's just looking to get back into the spotlight, and who better than BJ Penn?

A rematch is simply not warranted.. Sanchez got his ass kicked in the 1st fight, and BJ just got busted up for the first time, go figure lol. It's only human to want to avenge a loss like that, but Sanchez should be in a meaningful fight.. Like a rematch with Kampmann or guys like Jake Shields, Rory MacDonald or Brian Ebersole.

If there ever was a time for Sanchez/Koscheck II.. It would be now.. That is a suitable matchup for TUF and both men involved.

Sanchez/Kampmann II or Sanchez/Koscheck II :deal

I don't see it as something BJ would take.

I really doubt BJ would want to be away from his family to not only train, but to tape a TV Show.

He needs to cut to 155.

Even when unmotivated, his cardio is still much better at that weight, which makes his ability to win much higher.

They fought already and Penn left him with one of the nastiest cuts in the history of the sport. Even this version of BJ would do exactly the same. Lets be real Sanchez is a mental midget.

No point in this fight. Penn won every second of their first fight by a mile and even a beatdown Penn would do the same at any weight. It seems weird to be calling him out now after he retired anyway. Where was this a week ago when some thought Penn was close to a title shot?

Young? They fought like 2 years ago. No version of Sanchez can beat BJ. He's just not good enough nor smart enough.

That would be great, but they are world's apart.. Kos will move up eventually.

In a perfect world, but Silva and Belfort will be the next coaches.
