When suspicions arose regarding Manny Pacquiao, he never said anything to the tune of what Marquez just said. Even if he is on the PED's, that's the kind of response you are supposed to get from a fighter. He need not say anything that would hint to reluctance.

 

If you want to make sure that your opponent is CLEAN, which test would you want him to take?

1. Random test from BEGINNING of the training up to 7 days before the fight and a test minutes after the fight.

or

2. 10 days before the fight after intensive training is already DONE.
