if its true after that what? PAC doesn't train in the Philippines , purse 70-30/60-40/whatever in favor of floyd or 100 million...if he ask for more demands , then floyd is really scared of PAC

That sounds more like what you wish would happen. The reality of the situation is that Floyd agreed to all of those things and had signed the contract. Manny Pacquiao never signed anything but some legal paperwork so he could sue Floyd Mayweather. There's no way around the tests. If he wants to be a part of a 2 million plus buyrate fight, he needs to take those drug tests. What's going to happen is that the whole world will see what Manny Pacquiao is really made of when the PEDs are not an option and he has a fighter in front of him that isn't washed up or shopworn. How well does the P4P talk hold up when he's in there with an all time great like Floyd Mayweather? It will be bad if Manny Pacquiao get his butt whooped very handily. The Pacquiao nation will suffer a horrible fall. The hate will only increase and there will be another fighter that people will say Floyd's afraid of.

No just think his case was last week, PAC fighting next week, there just isn't a rush to get something done right now.

Exact same scenario unfolded with Ortiz if you think back. He opened his mouth, denials followed, fight announced a month later. Mosley too.

    Floyd always takes his time.

What needs to be re negotiated...essentially everything else was agreed to. Not being smart ass just not following you?
