Bob Arum is too greedy to let it happen. He likes to **** both fighters and get all the money. Now he can only butt **** pac. It would be funny if pac has to buy out his contract to get it done.
Mayweather should pull a mosley and get in the ring after pac jmm and say "May 5th MGM 50/50 split, Stop Ducking and Fight." Pac would be on the spot and agree to it and Arum would have a heart attack everybody wins
**** Arum. Put yourself in Mayweather's shoes. Arum has spent years denigrating you and belittling all of your accomplishments. He's been recently going around calling you a disgrace to boxing. Why the **** would you care about Arum's feelings? If Arum wants to let this fight fall apart because his ego is bruised, that's not Mayweather's problem. The people will see it for what it is, and he can go make a bunch of money fighting someone else. If this has caused a big ripple, then what the hell has the lawsuit and all the nasty **** Arum has been saying about Mayweather caused? In Mayweather's case though, he hasn't said or done anything wrong here. What's so wrong about saying he wants to fight Pac on the date and in the venue that everyone assumed it would be anyway?
What i dont understand is whats the fussing about? Arum makes it his priority to bash Floyd publicly and have different media outlets **** on Floyd because Arum states that he is scared to make the fight and would never step up When Mayweather sets the date, and venue all of a sudden Arum believes Floyd is wrong? Floyd is wrong for talking about setting the date and venue but Arum isn't wrong with talking down about Floyd to promote the JMM/Manny fight instead of keeping his name out of it? Goodness you folks are ****ing ridiculous.
my point my the outset is that i want pac-may to be made and that's my only concern. however, given how this has seemed to irate arum (not even giving a **** about how arum feels except that this may have seemingly affected the negotiations by a lot), i just don't agree with floyd camp jumping the gun. don't want it to get all messy and for me to have to see the emotional side of floyd and arum in all this. shouldn't have even gone into that.
It's not exactly like Floyd is making an offer in good faith. Seriously, you don't see it the other way at all? We all want the fight no doubts, but c'mon. It's like some dude who you are not on good terms with coming up to your house saying I want to buy that car you got for sale at this price, on this day, with paypal, on his terms. What are you going to say to that??
:deal Those worried about Arum's feelings would never in a million years accept Floyd having hurt feelings as a legitimate reason for the fight not getting made.
Why do you guys care about this subject so much that it needs 50 threads a day and 10k views, we have a great boxing weekend ahead and all people talk about is the subject that has been discussed a million times already.
first off, i want the fight to happen. if pac beats jmm, may 5 sounds good. but, i'm thinking... this is like when your girlfriend is telling everybody without talking to you first, "were getting married on may 5 at mgm hotel in las vegas." :huh
Maybe it's not the ideal way to make a deal, but Mayweathers said he's available May 5th so just make the deal. If I was Pacquiao I'd be on my way to sign right now.
