SouthpawSlayer: what about Hendo and Couture? Any noticeable change, or is it a higher dosage that (allegedly) causes this?

hendo?? i always have hendo down as a pretty clean guy who knows though

as for randy im sure this guy took some growth hormone during the days after his return vs sylvia for someone that old to have a good gas tank he would of needed some HGH, the different amount of things that growth can do is serious(check up its benefits if you havent already) and when used in conjunction with other stuff i think thats why we see these guys still perform soo close to the top into their late 40's

    edit; never answered your question

i presume its the abuse of growth that leads to the likes of your feet and that increasing in size, i know lads that have used a few cycles and they never experienced **** like that, i always seemed to think dwayne chambers nose got bigger all of a sudden i could be wrong though

Hendo openly uses it mate :good

As I say, I think when you're at a certain age (differs for most of course) it just levels you out, if you're in your physical prime (Marquadt for example) it puts you at an advantage over most....I think!

My only query is as to whether those guys have bigger heads than they used to...I don't see it myself.

what, you sure about hendo openly using it, he would be banned for admitting to using that

and im pretty sure your wrong about it not affecting older athletes as much, i would of thought it would of helped them even more because the things growth does are the things the body stops doing naturally when you get old, as for marquadt he never got done for growth, he tested positive for a nandrolone (deca i think) and the second time his testosterone was too low for him to fight and he needed testosterone therapy baecause of years of steroid abuse, james toney needed the therapy too come to think of it

i googled dan henderson growth hormone there and found out he needed the therapy too lol, **** sake mma is riddled

the therapy is down to too much testosterone being put into ones body in the form of steroids and now their bodies dont feel the same need to produce test naturally any more, that therapy does not necessarily mean they used growth much but it does indicate they used test a LOT

;-) As my man said a few pages back, it's happened so many times with so many jokers, why cover old ground? Those in the know, know what I'm on about and where I'm coming from.

    :good

It always makes me laugh when people say this, yes Hatton struggled against bigger guys but Mayweather was hardly a big welterweight was he? He came in at 146lb for Judah and 149lb for Baldomir. What did Hatton come in at for Malignaggi? 152lb was it?

So unless Hatton struggled because he didn't have to cut so much weight :)lol:) then you're talking shite.

Btw do you still plan on leaving the forum if Mayweather beats him?

So Mayweather stepping up and beating #1 ranked middleweight is on par with Pacquiao beating David Diaz, a guy that was given the title rather than winning it in the ring.

    Margarito better too?! ****ing hell:lol:

I have said this before and I will say it again, too many people in Boxing (not just the Mayweathers) have come out and said Pacquiao is on something so there has got to be a little truth in it.

All those people can't be on the Mayweather pay-roll so someone somewhere has let the cat out of the bag.

I know guys who take HGH, they claim it makes everything grow but your eyeballs and your brain so you need to be very, very careful with it.

    I'll do the same

Judah - Struggled a bit early, adjusted and won well, despite fracas. Judah has always been erratic and never the sum of his parts. 7/10.
Baldomir - Durable, feather fisted and not good at anything really. Was the lineal champion at the time and Floyd dominated. 6/10.

DLH - Not a great performance from either man, but I expected more of Floyd going into it as De La Hoya was clearly past his best. One of the first fights where I stopped being a fan of his. Floyd fought a better Oscar. 6/10.

Hatton - Solid win over the best fighter a weight below who had looked average in his one fight at the weight. 7/10

Marquez - Came in overweight against a outmatched and outsized fighter who had never even fought at ten stone. Marquez is undeniably a very good fighter, so for Floyd not to drop a round to him is fairly impressive nonetheless. He should've stopped him with ease, and considering how easily he won the fight should've done more. 5/10.

Mosley - Very good win. The 2nd round is alarming though IMO, but after that, it was one of Floyds best performances, and he really battered Shane in a way he hadn't been for years. Shane had been inactive also, and was past his best, but still a very, very good fighter. 9/10

Ortiz - I felt nothing towards this fight from the start. Unnecessarily controversial ending when Floyd could've stopped him at any point he wanted. Floyd, as the no.1 Welterweight in the division, beat a guy in the top 5 in a weak time for the weight. A routine defence. 6/10

    Now Pacquiao from Diaz onward.....

Diaz - Never rated Diaz, I felt Morales beat him and Holt beat him up too. Pac looked incredible, but against an opponent who posed no danger to him. 6/10

DLH - An incredible upset at the time, but we have to look at Oscar. He looked ****ed, and was a worse version than fought Floyd (he had looked middling against Forbes as well before, and got marked up, still, most went for him to land a left hook at some point and blast him) although still incredibly tough. 6/10

Hatton - Years of weight draining after binging between fights had clearly caught up to Hatton. Lazcano had buzzed him badly, and he looked weak against Pac. Still, incredible decimation and highlight reel K.O against the lineal Champ who had never been stopped in that fashion. 9/10

Cotto - Incredible display from Pac. Cotto is not a great fighter though. I reserve a ten-out-ten win for say, Duran-Leonard I, or Ali-Foreman. A ten-out-of-ten performance, as was Floyd against Shane, but taking the full abilities and stature of the opponents at the time, for me, this was a 9/10.

Clottey - Negative opponent, a win over a top five Welter. 6/10

Margarito - He looked horrible physically against Shane, but much stronger here. Knowing he could evade him all night, Pac invited Toni' in and came through some heated exchanges to beat the **** out of him. A man considered a monster not long ago, and, looking at the fight, was still a strong and dangerous fighter. The weight difference was big. 8/10

Mosley - A career worst performance from Shane, Pac wins a shutout and dropped Shane as no one but Forrest has done, but still, Pac looked happy to let Shane go the distance and turned in one of his worst performances. Shane was coming off a bad run of form, and looked dog**** in the fight. 4/10

For overall career, Pac all the way.
