Floyd has made clear he wants to fight Manny, once the definitive statement about testing was released, you get the comment from Ellerbe thanking PAC fir stepping to the plate, the next day the plans are beginning? Who said anything like that? How about we want Arum to NOT make statements like he did about Pac fighting in April or something because Floyd went and booked MGM.

Nobody is stopping Pac from fighting. Mayweather is just letting it be known that he already has a date and venue for a possible match with Pac. If Pac doesn't want it that's on him.
