And that means **** ALL. This is boxing, you're supposed to get knocked down and out. The question is how you deal with it. Will you come back stronger, more focused next time around? Would of been nice if he fought Wlad but in all honesty by the time Wlad started to make noise (bout 2000) Lewis was already busy with other top contenders. Holy, Grant (Hyped bigtime), Botha and Tua. All were top contenders so it's not like he was taking soft fights. Then directly afterwards we had the Rahman debacle + the rematch, then the BIG $ Tyson fight. Then by the time all this was done and he beat Vitali, Wlad had just been smoked by Sanders. So you really can't blame the guy for not making the fight. Do agree that It would've been a cracking fight though.
actually, in boxing, at least in the USA, you are supposed to win the fight getting knocked out is strongly discouraged
