anything regarding Muscular Memory, works of Feel. Weights do not give the desired effect, as they are constant, while Joints and Muscle are not. There are much Better ways of doing it, Theres one muscle that should be of Prime concern, the Heart everything Starts and Ends with it

Holy ****, I'm not the most experienced fighter here, but anyone who thinks weightlifting would not benefit you in boxing, is an idiot. Sorry, it's not an attack on your character or boxing knowledge, you just simply do not know what you're talking about. Unbelievable the type of crap people spew and the masses believe.

Explosive Power Yes for Sure, My argument is how its got. As Lefty described earlier, there are things going on in Sports Science, that are going to make certain people embarrassed. Its interesting, Ive been told a lot of top Soccer Clubs are getting Rid of weight Rooms, wonder Why. They must know something with the Testing they are doing, and the money they have.

trick question - you need to present facts to have sources for these facts, instead of crap disjointed sentences not really meaning anything.
Just ask ANY of the Man Utd top players from the last 10 years if they haven't seen a lot of benefit from strength training and weightlifting under Mick Clegg Snr..

    :good
but that's why people are stubborn, shortsighted and get nowhere, or do things wrong and blame ALL their shortcomings on them instead of finding the real reasons of their failures. and also are deadly afraid to TRY anything than what they already know, even if what they know is crap.
    (not totally about scrap)
