    Floyd is right. He's not fighting Pacquiao because they haven't negotiated yet. Plus once you look at Bob Arum's response, you can see there's a chance this fight won't happen anyways.

    And Floyd responded, yes Pacquiao, you're next. But it's the same thing it was then. Even if/though he wants to fight Pc, he can't force the fight to be made as you can see with Bob Arum acting like a dick
