Why does Floyd only seem to announce a fight when Pacquaio is fighting?

I swear he's done it twice and this'll be the third time. He did it when Pacquiao was fighting Hatton, I can't remember when he did it again, but I'm sure i remember him doing that. It just seems all the publicity sparks up when its fight week. Is he that insecure? He acts like he doesn't care about Pac but he constantly does things to suggest otherwise.

ya he did do it b4 the pac v hatton fight. he actually had a fight scheduled with JMM. but he doesnt have a fight yet jst a date 2 fight so its not like hes avoiding pac if he has an opponent b4 pac fites then ya thats ****ed up

 

oh yea, it was the marquez fight. I remember now, since they brought it up in one of the press conferences.
