Hell no. Just take it on a fight by fight basis, and don't watch if you don't like it. Simple as that.
:good I won't "boycott" anyone... if it looks like a good card, you better believe I'm watching. If something amazing happened on any of the fights in the card, I'd be so pissed that I missed it.
Seeing as there aren't many (if any) good fights left for them at all, I don't think I'd buy anything from them that wasn't a fight with each other.
I am a boxing fan. They are two of the greatest boxers to ever lace 'em up. I would pay to watch either of them fight a one-legged homeless midget.
I would like to say yes. i think us boxing fans deserve to see that fight. The promoters are the true evil. They are the ones with the egos and fat wallets. They just dont feel rpessured to make the fight becaus ethey have other options. Only fight fans can limit their options by refusing to pay for bogus fights that nobody wants to see.
What will happen if they are not careful is Floyd or Pacquaio will get exposed and lose before they ever get to fight, and what we are left with is a fight like Jones vs. Trinidad or Jones vs, Hopkins long after the public demanded it. Once again, egos and wallets getting in the way of what the fans want.
