    Is there a market for these one sided maulings in Russia? Does it really raise Lebedevs stock? Not in my eyes. I think this and the RJJ fight are disgraceful.

    Lebedev dances on his toes. Right jab makes Toney duck...right into a left uppercut. Lebedev keeps the pattern going, jabbing out at the face to make Toney duck and then throwing left uppercuts low when he does. Toney is backed up, looking unsteady. Toney circles out wide, trying to keep his distance but clearly lacking the foot speed to keep that up for too long. Toney is inevitably backed into a corner and tries to fight his way out with a lead right. Lebedev pokes at him with jabs and lefts but is far enough away for Toney to scout and slip his shots with some leaning and rolling while continuing to move his feet. BIG left hand by Lebedev misses as Toney disappears into a hedgehog ball against the ropes. Lebedev flicks his right jab into Toney's lip. Toney curls his shoulder up and tucks his chin, but just takes the jabs on the ear instead. Lebedev steps back from a left jab, then throws a 1-2 to the chest. Big right hand lead shot up from the hip by Toney is caught on the open palm of Lebedev from a foot away. Hard left uppercut to the ribs by Lebedev.

    Maybe. The only problem is Lebedev is not known. The boxing fans are paying attention to his fights, but the general sports fan doesn't know who is he. The Dawson/Hopkins fight did so bad in PPV sales.
    Lebedev couldn't do any better.

    To think I was stressed out about missing this. :roll:

    Toney is a joke. He must have known in camp he wasn't up for this. Great, you lost a shitload of weight. That doesn't mean you can still box.
