Denis Lebedev vs. James Toney & undercard RBR

Roy has a lot more left than Toney, that's pretty clear. He still probably has the fastest hands in his weight range and his power is - as it always was - still better than Toney's. His reflexes are decent if not superhuman anymore, and he still has his general ring smarts and, most importantly, shows up in good condition every time out. Honestly, if Roy's chin wasn't absolute garbage at this stage, he'd still be a top 3 Light Heavyweight. If his foe doesn't have the power to hurt him (and that's anything above average power at Light Heavyweight) he could still beat or at the very least cause problems even for the very best as he showed against Hopkins.

If they are so determined to keep fighting I'd much rather it be against each other than some nobody who couldn't carry their jockstraps in their primes.

 

Lebedev and his promoter want to fight in Vegas next. aren't any top American CW's aside from cunningham who is promoted by Sauerland and has no US fanbase.

 

Weren't they negotiating with Tarver?

I kinda like Ledbedev, decent top 5 CW, but if he don't jump on that interviewers ass, I lose respect, and I call ***** move. Calling out old ****ing men, then clowning em....wtc was that interviewer thinking.......DL did what we all knew he could, and JT took everything that was thrown to him. Ya know what.....**** that Russian ***** ass micorphone hero. After Tarver stopping Green and look the best iv seen him in years it would be a legit fight but fighting another 40 something yank would not be good p.r. wouldn't be suprised if it happened though and would get be for the IBO belt too.
