Toney has been as ass to other people all of his career. Some would say that he just got something of his own medicine. It wasn't classy, but not anything to right home about. JUst because you are an ATG boxer does not mean that earns you the right to be a *****.

DL and KT, those are fellow fighters, and all part of the prefight buildup....this was a clown with a mic who wasn't qualified to drink the sweat outta Toney jockgaurd.

I think Toney mumbled something about his knee, said well done Dennis and I will meet you again :patsch then walked off

The only credIt I'll give Toney in this fight, is that he has a warriors heart and no quit. Buddy was gonna stop it arround rnd 9 or 10. Other fighters would have quit if there knee was ****ed like Toney. Let's also get it straight, the knee is no excuse for him being **** tonight.... He is just finished.... Worse than Roy, who at least still has a few top level abilities only not superman now. Toney is worse than embarrassing and is a joke.

and the joke will continue if Toney keeps fighting on. Getting wiped out by one of the best at CW kills Toney's stock

meaning he'll probably be fighting a journeyman at HW in his next fight

There's plenty of homos on the N Side and Gold Coast for ya, that is if you like Pole and Lugen Tranny's.

I aint got no problem with tough fighters from EU or Russia, or ****ing wherever, it's when punk ass microphone hero's run their mouths. Did JT talk **** to him. Did JT disregard his skills. JT spoke the TRUTH, he was flat today, weaker than he thought, but all in all did what MOST expected, and for HIM, that was GOOD. Enough anyway that Ledbedev couldn't hurt him.

And the way that commie microphone hero was looking at JT was with contempt.....that's what's got me hot about it. Let him alone with JT, even on his death bed, and JT beat the **** outta him for looking at him wrong.

It was the general jist though. And I included the question marks to indicate how loudly the announcer was talking in comparison to Toney.

I apologise for not logging a full post fight interview transcript.

Honestly someone needs to post a video of that interview. You're seriously overeacting there. The interviewer barely said anything you seem to be upset over a look? which is just your interpretation i didn't see any mass signs of disrespect.

Im pretty sure Toney hurt himself in I think the 2nd round, left knee or ankle, but its irrelevant tbh.
He has nothing left, no reflexes at all, and Toney needs them for his make you miss make you pay style. He could get away with lying on the ropes latterky in his career as he didnt have the legs, because he was so good and rolling and slipping and countering, he cant do that anymore.
Its over for JT. Sadly, Im sure he thinks different and we'll see it again.

Toney is completely shot. Anyone who watched his last few fights could tell that.

You're talking complete crap and it James Toney fans like you, who make people hate Toney more.

What the **** do you mean Lebedev couldn't hurt Toney? WTF were you watching, you're either Blind or Stupid if you think Toney was not ****ing hurt. The guy was stumbling around worse than those homeless drunk bums on the streets of Detroit. ....but of course he'd then shakes his head...so that obviously means he never got hurt :patsch

I am very ashamed of having built this up as a card that was supposed to be competitive top-to-bottom.

I mean - there's no helping the fact that Peret, Ismailov, and Melendez wound up being the undercard opponents for Glazkov, Sillakh and Bakhtin (instead of Peter, Vlasov, and Moore as originally scheduled). That I can get a pass on. The main event, though. :-(

How did Toney con me into thinking he could rekindle the old magic?

HE COULDN'T SLIP A MAJORITY OF MATTHEW GREER'S SHOTS, FFS.

I knew. I knew back then that he was done, against anyone top-20 ranked in any division (although I sure didn't expect him to get down to 200 again).

Why are we such sluts for the honeyed words of these playas?

James could have at least bought us dinner and a movie.

All mismataches, top to bottom. Glazkov sounds like he dominated. Sillakh won every single round. Bakhtin won every single round. Lebedev won every single round.
