let me get this straight, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum is criticizing Mayweather about dictating terms by announcing May 5, 2012 MGM grand as his next fight venue

but wasn't it Bob Arum who gave Mayweather a deadline of March of last year to fight Pacquiao?
