I think the judges were impressed with Burns boxing,i.e jab, counter punching and defensive work

Well done Ricky, hung in there and fought to game plan well. Is someone playing Flower of Scotland on a casio keyboard in the background?

    Burns would bash Mitchell up.

Mitchell has nowhere near the same range or work rate as Burns.

Too wide but happy for Burns. The only bad thing is having to put up with BIlly Nelson going on now

Billy's going to be unbearable on here

    Burns would easily beat Mitchell.

I think Michael punched after the bell cos he was pissed Burns kept holding and mauling.

Really sad to see him look so slow and ineffective, Burns is no Guerrero but he's a decent fighter and done himself proud.

nah, he survived the martinez loss to burns and he'll survive this. he'll just come back stronger and put a few hundred quid on burns' next world level opponent to knock him out.

I'm with Bunce. Accuracy over workrate on the cards

I had Burns by 1 but we did to get rid of all the Brit judges. All of them are rubbish if not worse.

It never used to be this bad.
