Not shocked mate, I paid for 3 tickets online to Hard Knocks show last month and had a booking reference. They said at door you needed to have this and showed me something that was never included in e-mail. Woman goes into hall comes back out says how many tickets again? i went 3 and she gave me 3. It's hectic on a fight night and people end up not giving a **** .
