Since the general consensus seems to think that Alvarez will avoid Kirkland. It's not like K-9 is doing anything right now, so why not go after his belt. Makes sense to me.
Kirkland would take that bum out within 3. K-9 is one of the worst fighters to ever hold a belt, and I mean that. Kirkland's son, Joel Julio, absolutely destroyed K-9 BUMdrage.
Wow.. lets not bash Bundrage like that.... Kirkland would defo win.... but Bundrage has heart and would beat Dzindiruk, Cintron, Trout, and Molina.
So it makes perfect sense, right? I mean, unless K-9's mandatory (whoever that is) gets in the way. It's the easiest fight out there for James that could get him a belt. Much easier than fighting Lara or Williams or Molina.
What?????? Maybe the shitty current version of Cintron...but NO WAY does Bundrage win more than a round or two off any of those other three. Worst paper champ there is. Dzyna, Trout and Molina are all way too skilled for K9 and box figure-8s around him.
Dang son, you just forgot about the champ like that?.... lol.. like "Oh, my fault.. i forgot you were a champ... umm just tell me your name one more time tho?"
Boom. :good This right here. Kirkland-Mayorga, Kirkland-Wolak, even Kirkland-Rodriguez (although that might be pushing the limits of what kind of size disadvantage Delvin can cope with despite being three inches taller...that's basically a welterweight against a guy who could be - and has been - a super middle) - all mouth-watering.
I think Alvarez may actually be able to beat Kirkland. I know the kid gets made out like a diva, but he's got the skills and the mentality (in the ring), he's the real deal.
Daaannnnggg.. you really think so IB? I think Bundrage beats Molina... Trout is young, slick... he kind of reminds me of a younger K-9 although k-9 doesn't really possess ring intelligence.... and yeah.. Dzindiruk is a super stttreeettccchhhh..... he would probably jab k-9's ears off... but i still think Bundrage has imrpoved dramatically as of late.. all jokes aside
He did look impressive in the Sechew Powell rematch, but I also think Powell's performance was very poor as well so it's hard to judge it properly. Cintron is a good shout for K9 to get a good name win on his ledger of title defenses. Cintron's ripe for the picking right now. Really anybody else near the top of the division is a threat to lift Cornelius' belt off him though.
I agree.. I think anyone in the top ten at JMW could beat K-9... but I think at the same time he has a chance to beat all but Canelo, Kirkland, Angulo (still), probably Cotto, and Lara... P Will would make k-9 uncomfortable and P Will should win but if P Will has truly fallen off then who knows.... Trout would be difficult.. for some reason I still think he can beat Molina, and I know Molina is super underrated but I think in a rematch, Lara would get that victory.... I know Wolak would KO k-9... cintron, not too sure wher ehe's at in his career.... Vanes is semi close too.. not sure what too expect from Vanes, he beginning to look les and less like the good fighter he seemed like against Joe Greene...
