Yeah I was just explaining why your joke wasn't actually funny, sarcasm doesn't work when the thing you're being sarcastic about is closer to the truth.

A level of strength affecting sports performance negatively.. hugely subjective. How do you know how much its affecting them if you have never trained something? if they can do 20 pushups? 50 pushups? handstand pushups? squat double bodyweight? jump 40"? 50"? throw a shot 5m, 6m, 10m?
Finetuning an athlete.. I have done that with a fair few good level athletes, who have you trained? I haven't in the boxing world, but you must be having a laugh if your writings would be taken seriously by anyone with even an average understanding of strength and power in sports, you use "big words" and terms that are not applicable to the situation, in order to seem more knowledgeable and credible than you are. you talk about things you have never even done yourself, let alone trained other people to a good level and at that existing level, we've had this conversation before and you have no real experience but belittle anyone else because they disagree with your thoughts. So if anything, you're the one that in reality knows nothing, not me, but nice try.
Unless this has changed, you have never trained anyone else, nor do you yourself train at a high level, nor have done anything with regards to strength and power sports, right? You haven't even mentioned that you train in boxing, I assume you do otherwise you should have absolutely zero credibility, apart from your "sports science degree" that you cited when telling me to shut the **** up, which is the absolute weakest form of defence.

did it take you that long to think of that line? good response.
I'm out there, training, competing, trying, learning, educating myself, trying different things, and the thread isn't about me.

great effort in making this thread a shitstorm!

I didn't belittle you, I pointed out that you said something stupid, explained why it was stupid and then you decided to get all homotional on me, as you do.
Honestly you're a joke to me, I'm getting a chance to work with olympic gold medallists, world renowned sports biomechanists and strength and conditioning coaches. You work on getting your back squat numbers up and giving personal training advice to fatties in the lounge  Don't play that card, you lose.
If I've said anything that is inaccurate then address that big fella, instead of trying to attack me.
I love to get things wrong which I have plenty of times on here over the years while I've been learning, I love to learn. You obviously don't, which is why I think you should stick to the things you know. Saying that inaccurate and irrelevant dumb **** to Jeff about base strength when he has a fight coming up, you're brilliant aren't you?

 Of course you can't be bothered.
Thanks..... uh good luck with your back squatting progress. Remember if you plateau you probably just need more protein and to train three times a day instead of two. Or it could be that your base strength isn't up to scratch, fill up your fridge with sand and run up a hill with it on your shoulders. No excuses or thinking that it's difficult, that sort of mentality will just hold you back, every non girly man who is a pro snooker player should be able to do that with ease.

I can't be bothered because frankly I spend more time being annoyed with someone online than I should be. I don't really have anything more to say than what I have already said in other posts too.
Looks like you have a pretty good sense of humour in that second paragraph, well done! As I said you don't know anything about me other than what I've posted or talked about here, you do your thing, I'll do mine, back and forth online will just clog up threads with bull**** :)
Good luck with those biomechanists you'll be working with too, sounds exciting.
