I think Kirkland KOs Cotto. Call me crazy, whatever.

Kirkland is a tank, Cotto has always had a "so-so" build and physique.

And I think the only way to beat Kirkland is to catch him cold in the first or the second rounds.

He will destroy you if you let the fight go on. Cotto isn't really an early round KO fighter.

There's a lot of good fights to be made at 154. However, it seems like half the guys are with Top Rank, and half are with GBP. That could cause a problem in terms of some of these fights getting made.

Vanes and Cintron don't belong on any top 10 list IMO. I also think Dzinziruk is too low, but whatever.

Actually HTH id bet that a faded Mayorga could beat most or alot of top 10 guys in the deep JM division... In fact id put money that hed upset at least 1 of the top 5 guys... Just inactivity and a streak of losses(to big names) makes it hard to rank him high.

A prepared Mayorga from say 04,05 probably would have beat Cotto, and most if not all of the rest.... Division is very deep but not at the top.... Cotto gets it by default, but hes ready to be taken.. If Margarito is 85 to 90% of what he was he will beat Cotto again.... Lara,Canelo are almost even to pull it off ... MOlina(style wise Cotto should beat him)... Style wise Kirkland has a hell of a shot if he jumps on Cotto.... Still in the air as to who is the future of the division... Trout looks good but, still in the air if he can be elite... Vanes is overrated,,,, Andrade has the talent, could be him but lets wait and see... The rest of the guys are on their way out, or good but kind of exposed.

I don't think anyone else in the division has beaten better opposition to be honest.

Konecny is the first that springs to mind and I might even be inclined to put both Wolak and Rodriguez ahead of him.
