I don't see how he could be sporting that sort of damage with no ill-effect. Margo never had good defence and relies on being tough. We saw against Mosley and Pac that he can be dented now. So, poor defence plus poor vision plus dwindling punch resistance makes this a very interesting fight. Cotto at least has a bedrock of boxing skills to fall back on. Hopefully his trainer has him opting to stand and trade while he's fresh and Margo is trying to warm up. Smash that eye up and make it hard for him to compete down the stretch.
its really amusing how much confidence you boys have in cotto. since margerito destroyed him he beat jennings, picked up a gift against clottey, took a pummeling against pac and went 12 rounds with an over the hill mayorga. and yuri foreman rocked him, hes getting blasted out of there again and then he retires.
