get some elastic tie it around the dummy and fix it to the ceiling somwhere behind where you are standing, tighter the better.....where have i said that before???

The BOB looks the best, hit one a couple of times but not done any extensive training with it to dismiss it, but I much prefer a heavy bag or pads :deal

I had a similar thing to kick dummy a few years ago, can't remember where I got it from but it was a cheap piece of inflatable crap. It really wasn't any use at all for boxing training, I named 'him' Bono given my absolute loathing of the holier than thou U2 do-gooder and derived a certain, limited, pleasure from smashing him repeatedly in the face...
