As I understand it, Joe lived in relative poverty for the last few years. If Floyd was so fond of him, why didn't he help him out before? We all know this is mostly about public image. The man has zero class or grace.

Fantastic generosity and proves he does have a good heart. Like powerpuncher as stated hopefully he doesn't boast.

Nobody says they don't want Mayweather to do it. All anyone here is saying is that it is pretty tasteless of Floyd to post on twitter about how he will help out the broke Frazier family, who apparently can't even fund his funeral (since Floyd is going to pay for it), wow what a nice guy. At least that's what it looks like to everyone now, yes? Here Fraziers, I know you guys broke as ****, aint go no money for the champs funeral, I gotchu, I gotchu, hold up, lemme tweet this **** too, they gunna love this. That is basically how it comes across.

A real nice guy would just do it, without advertising it on twitter. It is disrespectful to Fraziers family, at a time like this, IMO, and somewhat tasteless. Just shows that Mayweather has no ****ing clue about how to act and conduct himself properly. :verysad

I read that Tweet as if Floyd was "offering" to pay.... Anyway you look at it, its a brilliant gesture.

I imagine the reason Floyd came out so quickly to offer financial help, was because many other boxers would have wanted to do the same. He probably wanted to get their first.

This isnt a bad thing at all.... He clearly has a lot of love for Frazier, and wanted to publicy show it.

    Class act.
