.....at least as a top level fighter for sure.. Jmm and his team have been disrespectful to Manny and have only given him incentive for JMM to receive an epic ASS WHIPPING!

If JMM even survives, he will take a wicked beating..

    JMM career RIP :deal

I'm a big fan of both fighters (more so Marquez), but tend to agree. Michael Katsidis almost derailed JMM's career. Pac is going to annihilate him. Marquez is fighting way too high in weight, and is 38 years old. He is going to lose badly.

Marquez and Nacho have never been disrespectful. Roach and Manny are annoyed at the t-shirt, but Pac even acknowledges he and the fans are entitled to their opinion on the victor. They've never insulted Pac or Roach; only praised their abilities as individuals.

Well, I think Marquez will pull off the upset. Lets face it - he was robbed big-time during the first fight. I thought fight 2 was extremely close and could of gone either way, but fight 1 should of been Marquez's victory by a few points. Yes, I know he went down 3 times in the first round .... but he came back to give Manny one hell of a boxing lesson for the remaining 11 rounds.

Regardless of who wins - I am expecting another closely contested fight.

with the odds being where they're at right now, there's no way I'm not throwing a few hundred on Marquez.

I keep wondering if the weight will help Marquez or not. He is obviously past his best and he will lose a clear decision in my eyes but the damn weight keeps bothering me.

Some people seem to be forgetting just how close the two previous fights were. JMM has given Pacquiao as many problems as almost anyone he's ever fought. There will be no 'epic ass whipping'. Marquez has never been knocked out, and he's not going to be knocked out on Saturday either. It'll be another close fight with probably only a few rounds in the difference, and a JMM win is very possible.

i agree, if he can get back to lightweight he's gonna be weakened and I just don't see him being successful at 140 after a horrible beating.

What weight do you think they're coming in at?

    Marquez/Pac II, 141, 145. Four pounds fight-night difference.

145 and 148. Do you have a reason to believe that there will be a bigger disparity in weight than there was in their second fight? I think this fight is decided off of Pac polishing his abilities up and Marquez fading, not much at all to do with the weight. People are putting a crazy amount of attention on the weight, when they're still virtually the same size. It's like a guy gets punched in the stomach and shot in the head and everybody is going "I don't know if this has anything to do with how he died, but I saw him get punched in the stomach right before it happened." and only some people are assuming the bullet was the worst of it.

After rewatching Pac vs Margo, I realized Manny's so call improved right hand is not so improved, he is still the same damn fighter, throwing the same damn combos, with minimal power gained, if JMM hasn't lost a step which I don't think he has, this will be a competitive fight...

All you Pac fans predicting this blowout have been sold a dream by Arum & Roach, but I'm not buying, all it takes to be competitive with Pac is timing/counter-punching, controlled aggression and good footwork, Juan has these tools always has and if he's declined so has Pac from what I've seen...

I expect a close fight, would like to see JMM win but that would pretty much can the Mayweather-Pac fight but I wouldn't be to ****ed up about it...if JMM gets dropped again Pac wins a decision, if JMM doesn't go down expect his confidence to be high and he will pull off a close victory, or get robbed...
