Maybe other boxers have more tact and didn't use this as an opportunity to pat themselves on the back.

    So many replies.

    My opinion in short:

Great act by Floyd by paying for funeral costs.

    followed by...

Classless act by Floyd for advertising it on his Twitter, especially just hours after Joe Frazier's passing.

Should we really be surprised though by the sucker puncher?

I know this wasn't directed at me, but there is a HUGE difference between this and Genaro's funeral. Mayweather discreetly paid for that funeral and was given props by all but the staunchest of haters.

This time, he went on Twitter and Facebook and publicly announced to the world that he was paying for Frazier's.

Ive watched more footage of Frazier than most, ive spent HOURS just watching the mans footwork. I'll be watching more of him tonight.

For you, criticising mayweathers self promotion here makes people "****s" and "sad mother ****ers" when what bothers people is pbf using Joe as a means to gain positive PR.

I'm not even really mad that he made it known, but it is how he made it known. It is one thing to say I was inspired so I'm taking it upon myself to help the family with the funeral, but another to say some **** like "Money Team" is taking care of the funeral.

    **** this money team bs.

It annoys me how this gets way more responses and views than the r.i.p. joe frazier thread.
