    Hello people !

    Which headgear do you prefer?
Is it any disadvantages/benefits of using full-face/open/classic/and so on ?
I mean a full-face protects the most but it's not what you are using in the ring/match, maybe better to get used to a open then, or ?

    Regards / Robin

Mexican style with the cheekbone protection. Has a good balance between visibility and protection for your eyes and nose.

Full face ones you can't see as well, and the open ones leave you open to unnecessary damage.

Mexican usually has more cheek padding.

    Okey, thanks!
I have been looking for some alternatives but have a hard time to decide, so if you got anything to say/recomend about this headgear you are free to speak :)
TITLE Platinum Training Headgear (Looks like the sight is limited ?)
TITLE Boxing Traditional Training Headgear (Looks like the one above but with a better sight ?)
Rival Mexican Style Pro Training Headgear (Looks well padded but what about the sight ?)
Rival High Performance Training Headgear (Looks like it got a good sight, but quite small check protector ?)

I use a full face because I can't see for **** with any others, but the smartest way to go is get a bar.

if you go with the full face than their are some things you should be aware of. the full face is safer and alot of the pros go with these. you can pound away with the pros without having to worry about going to work the next day with a broken nose. ad******g to the full headgear is difficult. as people mentioned on this website it impacts your vision. getting use to the change will take some time. however, i'm glad i decided to continue using the full heargear.

I was going to start my own thread but thought this one would suffice.

I am going to get a head guard and I want one with a bar because ideally I dont want a broke nose for work lol I have seen this one which looks decent and is reasonably priced - what do you guys think??
