bunce...an embarrassment

He was on BoxNation till midnight on Saturday with the Wembley card, then in the Sky studio at 10 on Sunday morning for the Kirkland v Angulo replay.

Sky have supposedly said he can work as he wants for Boxnation without it affecting his Sky gigs, which is fair, but is a bit different from their attitude towards Primetime in April when they *apparently* told Rawling, Jamie Moore and Spencer Oliver not to do the Khan v McCloskey fight or they wouldn't be used on Sky again.

Bang out of order if its true, because they aren't Sky employees so should be able to work for whoever wants them.

 

Bunce is the bollocks, talks it like it is, if you dont like it, dont watch it, I dont wanna see people crawling up each others arseholes like they do on Sky, I wanna see a fat **** who looks like your mate down the pub, giving an opinion, he might be right or wrong, but he gets people talking, his enthusiasm shines through as does his love for the sport.

Woodhall is just a boxing nut, totally in love with the game, him and his old man are proper nice fellers, I know them both well, and Richie is putting back into the sport too, Ill ask one thing, if Woodhall spoke with a cockney accent instead of his cod Bru mmie/Black Country twang would he be appreciated a lot more, Im from Brum, and hate hearing Midlands accents on the box its so nasal, technically he is spot on 9 times out of 10, if you meet him just dont get talking fishing to him .. you wont shut him up

 

I don't. I have no fat **** mates either but I think Bunce is great and he may come across as a "regular punter, geezer" but he is infectious and he knows his stuff.

 

Difference is that Rawling, Moore and Oliver are mediocre and Woodhall is really good. Talent can do what it likes; mediocrity has to compromise.

No, I found him grating at first. When I swapped a few messages with him I realised what he was actually about and I realised I had mistaken his presentation for what he was actually saying.

I like Bunce, but disagree with all these comments that he "tells it like it is". He doesn't "tell it like it is" about British fighters. He's a hypeman and now a ****** shill. Still entertaining though.

 

Bunce would make a great sales man.i prefer the old sky team in Ian darke and Paul Dempsey .bunce is ok in small dosages.

 

I don't think you can accuse Bunce of a lack of passion.

You can definitely and rightly accuse him of extreme bias and nuthuggery towards certain fighters.

 

I only dislike his bias for Haye, i find him very entertaining most of the time.

 

Thats the whole point of Bunce, hes a regular boxing fan just like us. We all show extreme bias and nuthuggery towards certain fighters, so I want Bunce to do, he can hug whoesever nuts he want as long as he keeps producing such quality shows. Atleast Bunce only uthuggs the fighters he actually likes not like sky who completly arse like every fighter they ever come in contact with.

Nah, he just said what he believed which was based on what Haye and Booth had told him. At least he had a first-hand source.

 

All you ****s slagging Buncey off can **** back off to watch Adam Smith or some **** who fits your ****ing agenda.....Buncey is the man and face of British boxing and he has been for a long time before you started watching the sport and no doubt will still be around when ****ing pacman or floyd retire and you lose interest........

nothing bro but i would have understood more had you pointed out that over a period of time you became accustomed to his style and content rather than just receiving a message and converting, but again, nothing wrong.
