I still find his style a test at times - he's a little too intense for me some days, but I realise he's got a lot of substance to say. I didn't just get a message and go: "Actually, he's pretty cool!" And at least he's not as downright creepy, misinformed and arrogant as Johnny Nelson.
He takes a while to get use to and goes on too many tangents. But his heart is in the right place, he's very passionate about the sport and it's participants and is always entertaining. I like him.
:roflIts funny cos its true. maybe apart from the arrogant part, he comes across as too stupid to be arrogant. When he looks partly at the camera, partly at the auto cue.....(shivers)
If i could post a video mate id show you.....Basically I put out my hands and go like this (makes fist with hands)
i love Bunce, apart from being biased towards british boxer...STEVE BUNCE IS STILL THE BEST! HE'S FUNNY, CRACKS ME UP laughing and is very passionate. love him better that then all the other robots. STEVE BUNCE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:good:good
Bunce takes criticism a lot better than he used to. I remember when he was Big Daddy, he got upset and ****ed off - something about how people on boxing forums knew **** all about the sport. These days, he takes some heavy duty **** at times and shrugs it off, he answers his critics too which I like.
I have a picture of me with Nelson in White tuxedo jackets! If somebody sends me a pm with number I will send the pic over and we can get it on here - it's a beauty! I believed in Haye...just like I was convinced in 2001 that Big Aud would win a world title...just like I'm convinced Frankie Gavin will shock everybody... Adios and enjoy.
Proper Man From Del Monte!!!...I would Steve I dont know how to post pictures without a URL address I believed in Big Dave too and got shitloads of abuse from all my mates for saying Dave will K.O Wlad....I thought he would, so im not gonna say I think he wont, thats just bull****.....I think Frankie will come good, like you Say Steve he's still a baby in boxing terms.
Bunces Hour feels like me spending an hour with a boxing fan. Doesn't really need the professionalism. Its us hardcores that watch it, not the mainstream.
