I'd like to know whether Bunce thinks Haye wasn't quite the fighter at heavyweight he thought he was, or whether he just underestimated Wlad. Also, I suppose, whether on another night Haye could realistically have won that fight

edit; I do like that he broadcasts ESBers opinions on TV. That's pretty awesome.

Different night, different fight? I'm not sure, it was fairly brutal in the end.
Haye did his stuff at heavyweight.

    Adios.

Was it? It was hard to tell since I was watching it on the crappest SD picture I've seen from a hotel in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

It looked like Haye only got hit clean once or twice. Did he take something of a beating?

I know Wlad's face looked awful after the few shots he took in the third.

Haye no doubt had the talent to decimate Wlad inside 4 rounds but he didn't have the belief at that stage. He'd become money orientated and the warrior faded over the years. The Haye needed to beat Wlad was no longer there. In his place was a Haye who found being ko'd a much more embarassing prospect. One which he could not create excuses for.

David forgot what it was like to be a real warrior and when it was really danger time, his faculties failed him.

Bryan: [after Jean Claude tries to shoot him] That is what happens when you sit behind a desk. You forget things, like the weight in the hand of a gun that's loaded and one that's not.

It was brutal in other ways, trust me.
I thought that I did answer, sorry.
I'm thinking of a quiz during Friday's broadcast from Halifax. How does that sound?

    Adios.

You must have watched a different fight from me. The one i watched Haye thre the more red blooded shots but Wlad managed to pepper Haye with jabs throughout. No doubt Wlad won but at the end of 12 rounds it was clear that Haye did more damage.

Buncey isnt a presenter and I think he'll admit to that, but as has already been said it the knowledge and passion that really make the guy entertaining.

Id say bunce needs an actual presenter to work with like the old setanta show. Know kerr not available so someoneelse maybe?

The only meaningful damage that Haye did was to his own reputation.

Never said it was meaningful just that he inflicted more damage than Wlad who did f**K all.
