    Personally this is the first time in a long time I've not been hyped up for a Pacquiao fight. I think it's mainly because I want to see the fight that should have been made over a year ago, not a third fight with Marquez.

    Manny is a great fighter but I think it's because people are starting to see through team Pacquiao.
    another catchweight, Pacman vs another old man who has seen better days, Roach saying it's the "right fight at the right time", Roach predicting another KO that seems rather obvious, another recent Mayweather leftover... it's getting all too familiar and rather boring.

    I'd love to see Marquez win but just do not see it happening.

    :lol::lol::lol: Like your work.

    But that has obviously been photoshopped, the original has a vastly more masculine posture.

    Back to topic, personally I am really looking forward to the fight. I agree that JMM is better at the lower weights, and I do expect a pretty comfortable Pacquiao win, but obviously JMM has a shot and this is history - as a fight fan, I have to see it live. I have not noticed much mainstream buzz, but then these days not many fights attract much wider attention.

    Yeah, looking foward to this.

    Venus, what time does the channel become encrypted?

    I've purposely avoided all of the 24/7 and reckon it'll be a good build up.

    On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say that I am about on the 3 mark for this, I'm aware of it and have watched the 24/7s and I still dont really give a **** lads........I play footy Sunday mornings every week again now so the only fights I would stay up and actually pay for would be Froch vs Ward, even tho thats free I'd pay for it, and I'd pay for Floyd vs Manny.....the rest can get tae ****, and get downloaded.

    You can deny this but it being on Primetime has ruined as most folk wont be buying it ,compared to them watching it on Sky . Simples

    It's not kidda, It's just apart from Margo that's the chain of fights Manny has had......There's only one fight for the masses and It's gotta be made, It's making boxing look less than the already sad state of affairs it currently sits.

    Yeah, I've heard it aint the best, but after a few cans watching Tyson Fury, there are worse things to watch.

    I think a lot of fans are pretty much sick of the whole Pacquiao/Mayweather situation and it is taking the shine/buzz away from their fights, it's certainly the case for me.

    I agree with this to an extent, as a fight fan I am looking forward to this fight but the lack of build up and the fact its on Primetime for £15 quid, sours the taste a bit In all all honesty.
