The only winner to come out of the Contender was Garth Wood. He might still live in the Hood. But he's got a much healthier bank account than he had before the Contender.

Victor Oganov looked like he'd had just about enough of boxing by the end of his bout with Garth Wood. If Brad Pitt is as good as some think he is he should overpower and stop Oganov.

 

Pitt with the massive size difference alone should batter Oganov quick.

 

Did you really watch that fight or are you just having a pot shot at Victor?

Garth Wood would have been DQL that night had i refereed the fight like a competent referee should have. He picked Victor up and tried to dump him on one occasion then dragged victor down to the ground with him as he pulled his head with both hands and crashed to the canvas, he was holding and hitting on MANY occasions and failed to heed the referees warning, the ref basicly just gave up and let Garth fight the way Garth wanted to via cheating.

What Victor had enough of was fighting two people, the ref and Garth Woods.

Round 1, Woods hits on the break, Trys to dump Organov by picking him up and then finally does dump him with a crash tackle drop type move, he should have been deducted a point that round.

Round 2, more holding and hitting, Garth has Victors arm trapped under his own arm and his throwing uppercuts at the same time, he wont let go of Victors arm. Briggs can be heard yelling to the ref that Garth is holding. VIctor is getting frustrated to fck because the REF is DOING NOTHING! he failed in his duty and was incompetent as are most NSW and AUS boxing officals in this country.
Each time Victor starts to get some shots in Garth just grabs him around the waist with both hands and pulls him in like he is trying to give him a root, Garth trys to lift Victor up again and dump him out of the ring towards the end of the round, still no warning, and no points have been deducted. Ref tells him at the end of the round after he has dumped Victor illegally on his ass, "Mate your going to loose points" No offical warning had been given other than verbal advice, which is not the referees job to be doing so. He either warns the guy and does his job or he does nothing at all and lets it go. No point trying to look like the middle man when your in someones pocket ey lol

Briggs enters the ring and asks the Ref, "At what point are you going to control the fight, this is bullsht", people are boooing in the crowd, cant hear what the dumb fck of a referee is saying, dont really care he is incompetent as fck and he helped Garth win that fight.

Round 3, garth gets hit with a nice one, trys to grab Victors legs and pick him up, the ref stops him and says "Hey Hey, once more and im going to take a point off ya" then he says, "1 warning right" . Is this karnt for real? his first warning and he says 1` more and i take a point? it should have been his 3rd warning and a point taken away then and there at the VERY least. The ref is trying to make out he is doing his job, the karnt should be giving him 2 warnings and on the 3rd he takes the point, not 1 warning then the next time its a point taken away lol

Garth gets hurt and holds victor again.


Round 4, garth comes out and just holds and hits again, Ref tells him dont hold. Garth stops it then does it again , ref says to him "listen if you dont stop holding him around the back of the head im going to take a point off ya" Garth comes back out and goes straight back to holding and hitting. Ref says " Stop Stop, im sorry, a point off , point off, point off holding" After the point was taken, garth contuines to hold and hit. blantaly fouling and thumbing his nose at the referees warnings and point deduction. Billy Hussein when the point was taken from Garth goes "Ohhh they took a point", then when Victor hits Garth on the break Billy Hussein yells out "Oh what was that, take a point off"... hypocrite fck dont care Garth is commiting foul after foul but the moment Victor commits one he crys wolf.

Round 5, garth trys to rugby tackle Victor around the legs.

The Contender people had to edit the fck out of the fight to even make it look good because Garth was just fouling the entire time,

Victor never gave up but was clearly frustrated by the lack of competent refereeing. Garth should never had been allowed to foul that many times and get away with it, this is boxing, not crash tackle foul boxing. NSW boxing should be ashamed of this officals preformance.

Wasnt the Contendor setup for Garth to win? isnt that why they let him do what he wanted and robbed other fighters on the cards?
