Margarito Out?

I think Margo’s a spent bullet. Consecutive beatings from Cintron (when he could still punch, Cotto, Mosley and Pacquiao have taken a serious toll on him. He was flinching when Manny went to the body.

I don’t care how brave he is: you cannot take that sort of punishment and stay the same. That might be true for Cotto too, but at least he’s shown some new wrinkles to his game and avoided needless punishment.

I see Miguel targeting his old injuries early on while the Mexican builds a head of steam. I also see him standing his ground and going to the body more often. Can Miguel do enough damage early on to stop Antonio taking over?

I ****ing hope so.

 

Websites get up-to-date news and rumours way before print publications have them released. The Scene, ESPN, Maxboxing, etc, none of them have reported this. If it was true, surely someone like Fat Dan would have sniffed it and tweeted about it? It's one of the biggest fights of the year, so if anything was to jeopardize it, we would have heard about it by now.

 

Lets hope so, hopefully it was a misprint.

Would be mightily pissed off if this fight gets delayed so late on.

They need to clear Margo to fight so Cotto can give him the beating he really deserves.

 

This had better not be true. I've got flights and tickets booked for a small fortune and have been looking forward to it for about 6 months.

 

This must be a rumor only.The Garden is basically sold out and flights and rooms have been booked.The Gardens web site continues to advertise the event and this would have ordered to stop by the Boxing authorities long ago.No worries and I have tickets to this event.

 

Don't see this happening Honest Bob has already surely bun....I mean already sorted this out with the NYSAC surely.
