That's not a good thing, If it does go all tits up Venus? I'll give you a job, i've got some chocolate fire guards you could try to sell for me, there only £15 quid of course.
Khan isn't GBP in the UK, he's Khan Promotions. GBP don't have any input on his UK deals. This does not affect our relationship with GBP
Is Penus the Mike Ashley of Boxing, I.E milk the loyal geordies/boxing fans of every penny impossible knowing full well long term he won't be around.
Your relationship with GBP? You've shown 1 of their fights. Which was a fighter who most likely won't fight again until next year... which will be on Sky.
I understand that but he has strong links with GBP, so if you cant sell the countries number one P4P to his home country then why would Schaefer/De La Dress Wearer believe you can get good numbers for there fighters (who are less known to the casual fan). I also notice you didn't deny poor figures or take me up on my wager. Honestly Venus nothing against you but boxing has left Primetime due to poor viewing figures.
This is what happens when you spend zero on advertising. Advertising only on channel 5 on the one show, for the one night just doesnt cut the mustard. I dont think we will be seeing mayweather on the channel after the viewing figures, and also think this will be a one time this for pacman too.
Wicked. I hope he regularly reminds viewers that they can catch his next 3 fights live and exclusive on Sky!
Some of the things written here are pretty poor taste. If Khan is now in FTA Sky Sports for his next 3 fights then that's good news for boxing fans, especially if Khan v Mayweather is on free as part of subscription. But it,s in pretty poor taste to enjoy it to the extent where you celebrate it might put someone out of a job. That doesn't say much about anyone writing that. I don't know Venus or whether he has a family to feed but I,d say he always does a pretty fair job of publically answering all the questions and cr@p thrown at him on here.
Well I think selling as much for one of their fighters as we did for Khan actually impressed them a lot. It was one of the things that swung Top Rank to us for Pacquiao. Boxing isn't leaving Primetime anytime soon
