I would say Ezzard Charles or Larry Holmes.

Mike Tyson has become underrated by hardcore boxing fans.. But still overrated by the causual fan.

    Maybe Jersey Joe Walcott?

Jack Johnson, Jack Dempsey'S stock has gone down over the years..Not to long ago both were consensus top 5 or top 3 HWs.. Now many barely or dont put them in the top 10.

Jimmy Young maybe?? Beat Lyle and Foreman, close controversial losses to Ali and Norton and a draw with Shavers.

Pretty good resume if you ask me.....

Corrie Sanders - fast hands, great power, lack of conditioning though...

You would be right if it was 2003, nowadays people think very highly off him.

Ezzard Charles is underrated in general. He started his career in the 150s and went on to Mwin the Heavyweight title. In a couple year period he beat Joe Lois for his title and defended against Walcott and Maxim. He also beat Moore and Burley multiple times.

I dont think he is underrated in generall, most people seem to have him clearly in the atg list top 10, as a heavyweight he probably is tough.
