    He looks in good shape.

You gotta respect the fighters. They go through so much pain. These workouts are all extremely hard on your body. Tough sport.

Good luck to Mormeck, he comes across as a nice guy and dedicated athlete.
Wlad will beat him up badly though, Mormeck is tailor-made for him.

Yeah, so called boxing fans on general forum only care about chins. To disrespect a certain fighter is a norm now. :-(

Actually looking forward to watching this. I expect it to be short and brutal like the Haye fight should've been. In addition you've got Golovkin-Simon as co-main which will be a good work out for GGG.

Sort of tame, really! nothing all that eye opening, considering this is a heavyweight title challenger training.

Yeah not too intense compared to what even some big NFL players go through in the gym. Still, for comedy I'd like to see someone like Chris Arreola go through even that little routine. HW should be doing less weights and more plyo.

That is a real can O' worms, how to properly train heavyweights. I think Arreola does do some circuit oriented training replete with plyometrics. Finding the proper balance in relation to your fighters strengths/weaknesses is the real issue.

Very true, I remember all the routines Jameel McCline went through, came into his fights in excellent shape only to have all his energy burned up with anxiety.
