    cause Steroid alone is not enough for him to compete at Welterweight, a division that he's not natural to be in.

    Pac used PED's, Steroids to beat Barrera, Morales, Marquez and the handpicked ones at 130 & 135lbs.
    But at 147lbs, Steroids alone isnt gonna cut it, so DelaHoya and Arum have to BRIBE opponents to take dives.
    Arum & DelaHoya can easily afford to pay off up to $10 million per BRIBE, cause Pac generates about $100 million worldwide from all PPVs he sells to mostly asian households wordlwide.

    Pac cheats in everypossible way he can get away with.

    when Pac, first, fought JMM in 2003, he suckered-punched JMM after the 3rd knockdown.

    in the rematch, Pac intentionallu headbutted JMM and cause the cut in JMM eyebrow.
    The slow motion HBO replay, showed that Pac did it on purposed and smiled maliciously immdedieately after he cut JMM.


    In the Pac-Margarito fight, Pac used Illegal Loaded Wraps (paster-of-paris inserts) and got away with it with the help of DelaHoya.
    Pac was on EPO, HGH, A-Side Meth (agimat), PED's.
    And on top of that, the fight was FIXED, where Margarito allowed Pac to hit him, in exchange for getting re-licenced.

    ****, I didn't know all that! thank you for informing me. Why didn't Pac just do the first ever pro boxing handicap match? Like say Pac fights margarito, BUT he can tag in the K-Bros whenever he gets tired. I think that would have been more fair than...A fixed fight, on top of that multiple performance enhancing drugs, on top of that illegal wraps, and on top of that now that you mention it I'm quite sure I seen Pac use backfists, and side kicks to Margarito's knees.
    How can anybody beat this man? He has Oscar behind him, Arum, He's a shoe-in for the President of the Philipines, and I heard he was going to run for president of the U.S in 2016!
    Poor Mayweather... Just a black homeless guy living in the ghetto with no friends... No wonder he doesn't fight Pac cuz dude can't get a fair shake.
    Same for marquez. He just keeps falling down at Pac's feet cuz even gravity favors Pac!
