He will be expected to take under 50% of the purse and fight in the USA.

The guy won't leave Quebec, with his personal referee and judges, and must get 75%+ of the purse usually.

Can anyone see this really happening?

As long as Bute can make good money fighting 3rd rate fighters in Montreal, he will continue to do so. It's that simple. It's upto his fans to say enough is enough and stop paying to watch him fight nobodies.:deal

Bute didn't move to Showtime by accident. Yes, he will fight the Super 6 winner....or at least the loser.... in Canada.

He's ready to fight in USA but if his opponent wants to fight in Canada for a bigger purse, what can he do?

I had tongue in cheek. I don't doubt that Bute wants to fight the best, and in the US. But you can't argue with the epic crowds he draws in Canada. Why fight in front of 3,000 in Atlantic City when you can fight in front of 20,000 in Montreal?

Bute is a ducking scheming ***** and doesn't deserve the fight.
Ward and Froch should say fuk em and let him fight 2-3 fights before they agree to give a shot for 30% of the purse, in the US.
Make his fans come to the US and spend their money in US cities.

If froch wins them I can't see the fight happening in America and their ain't no way froch is going over to Canada after the 'home decision' he claimed after the Kessler loss. If ward wins their ain't no way in hell he's going to Canada so bute either fights ward in America, froch in Britain or don't fight either one of em

I'm sure he will and I do believe he wants to but the fact that's he fighting the winner make the whole tournament a joke. It's like he's gotten a free pass to the real finals while everyone else has had to battle it out against the best in the division. He should have at least fight the loser of the Super Six or Kessler but that's an ideal world and the demand is going to be for Bute vs the SS winner and that's what will make business sense.

Well if so, you would ask the winner to wait (not fight anyone) until a mini tourney to fight him take place.

What's meaningful with the tournament is the tourney itself and the climax of the final. And even if there's a Bute outside of it and some new names that start to rise, the winner should be named the lineal champion until he loose to another boxer.

But the myth that Bute is not "worthy" to fight the winner is just stupid since nobody is "worthy" to face the winner then and he should just retire...!

This is exactly how I feel.
Of course Bute and his fans will say that he fought Johnson, but that **** don't fly with me. Johnson was a substitute.
Bute should have to face Kessler, Direll or maybe Taylor, if he's ready.

Facing Johnson or Green don't count.

So if Bute can smack Green around he'll have equaled either finalist accomplishments in the tourney, and deserve it?:-(
All the while he's fought the fringe, and at a much better clip, and beat them in dominating fashion.:deal

I see the S6 as who is the second best. The winner won't be able to proclaim himself the best and knows it.
