Past welterweights that you think would beat Floyd Mayweather

    It is so bad era in ww division. The so good eras in ww division had fighters who were so good to beat Mayweather.

    Admit it, you don't know what the **** you're talking about.

    It's difficult because Floyd hasn't really been tested at welterweight. He hasn't fought the best available opponents, I'm not saying he wouldn't have beaten everyone in his era (because I think he would have) but if you look at his Welterwight reign it's not very impressive.

    Hatton
    Marquez
    Judah
    Baldomir
    Mosley (old)
    Ortiz

    I'm not trying to open up the same old can of worms but until he faces genuine opposition at the weight it's difficult to judge.

    I believe he has a few more gears to go through but we won't see this until he finds competitive fights. The only fighter left it would seem at the moment is Pacquiao. In the past he could have faced Cotto, Margarito, Williams and a younger Mosley. These fights would have given us better picture of his true ability at the weight.
