Hypocrisy regarding Bute has reached new hights of stupidity

What's really weird is that haters/doubters have often a double standard.

For example:
Some say that "Bute doesnt have a resume so he is not with the best." The remedy would be to fight the best and prove himself.
But others say that "Bute is not worthy to face the best".

Another one is "he should fight Dirrell or any other S6 participants".
Others are saying "Johnson was shot and not good to begin with".
And we might ask ourselves what would be the reaction if he face a Dirrell that didnt fight for 2 years now...?

Another one is "he is so overated, he never fought anyone".
But at the same time "he is so bad, he lost to Andrade".
Is he overated or bad? Some dont like him because he didnt lost to Andrade, but still feel he lost to him and so, since he lost to Andrade, he is bad...

We could go on and on.

But when you see stuff like that, what I understand is that they just try to find anything to justify their hate. I'm starting to think that these people are not even worth the time to write a post to them.

But at the same time, its been 2 years that the fact that Bute was not invited in the S6 is known. Still some (that know that fact) continue to write post that Bute refuse to go in the S6. Because of them, other people that dont know are confuse, like the one on this thread. So it means that once a couple of months, somebody needs to put facts straight and make a thread like this one.

Bute's toughest competition to date is an old Johnson, and that quals him the #1 SMW spot above the S6 competitors who've been facing each other.
Ward faced and defeated Kessler (rated above Johnson), Abrahams (Also rated above anyone Bute has fought), and yet Bute is number 1 in division and deserves number opportunity to face S6 winner. atsch

Froch's faced and defeated Johnson, Dirrell, and Abraham, all better opponents then Bute has faced. Yet, Bute fans rate him above Froch.
Sure Froch struggled with Dirrell, and received some home based decision help. I actually had Dirrell winning by 1. Still, Dirrell is much better win for Froch than anyone Bute has faced.
Froch lost to Kessler, but I have Kessler beating Bute also. The difference once again is Bute has never faced anyone of Kessler quality.

Sadly, I think you may be right about Bute being setup to face Green sometime soon. That sucks, but is consistent with the soft matches Bute's mangaement is famous for. A fight like that has even less value to Bute then the Johnson fight and will be less than meaningless. Bute has needed to step up for the last 3 years. This **** is getting real tired.

Sure. For some reason though I would much rather see Bute toying with Green than Taylor getting a one-way ticket to retirement... Taylor should stay home at this point TBH, for his own well being. Hopefully he proves me wrong by looking great in his upcoming tune-up.

Bute didn't get left out.
If he did he seems to be happy with it.

He deserves a chance only if the S6 winner and runner up wish to fight him, but they are not obligated to do so.

I expect after the finals Ward and Froch will take a brief rest before one or the other face the winner of the WBO match up. If it's Froch, and he wins, I expect to see a rematch between he and Ward to unify.

If it's Ward and he wins, I expect he'll likely move up to LHW to fill Hopkin's shoes. :yep
