Yeah I went and watched HL of their rematch a few days ago and noticed the same thing. He wants to respond every-time he gets hit but ends up getting embroiled in a fight (too much). Problem I envisage, is they seem to think the best way to beat Manny is to back him up, which might be a good strategy if they methodically backed him up from behind the stick and strategically picked at him from the outside, but Marquez looks to throw combinations which can sometimes leave spots for Manny to counter him. One particular punch that leaves Marquez open when he throws it, is the lead right hand, it works for him when Manny's coming foward, but when he (Marquez)goes foward and he throws it, he leaves himself open, now I dont know if its because he over-commits to it, but that is how he ended up on his ass in the rematch. Irony of the knockdown, is that it came as a result of what were speaking about, Marquez got put down trying to respond to Pacquiao who had just hit him with a few shots.

Marquez was effective when he stayed off the line and kept stepping to his left, but when Pacquiao was momentarily able to break up his rhythm, he would lose his composure and spend too much time on the line with Manny, instead sticking to what he was doing and moving to his left.

Marquez is seemingly gonna go foward in this fight, and Manny looks like he's preparing to KO Marquez, that combined with Manny filling out at the weight, and Marquez not, might mean he may be able to KO him imo.

I like you, watching it back, couldn't be believe how much he completely out-boxed Manny in spells.

I believe Marquez's downfall will be Pacquiao's right hand on Saturday night. He has never had to deal with that as much as he will now. Pac can hurt you with his right hand and that could be the difference here.

That was supposed to be the difference in the 2nd fight! "Manila Ice" didn't go as well as planned when exposed to "Latino Heat" (c) Eddie Guerrero [RIP]

Nah! I believe that Egyptians actually descended from Malays since their skin color looks more like brown to me than white or black. I'm going to get some evidence from google and then come back here to slay you people! :rofl

Why are you still running off @ the mouth?

Didn't you bring your "archaeologist" friend around to teach me a lesson?

Well, I'm still waiting to be taught. Your so-called "archaeologist" friend knows absolute **** about Ancient Egypt or anything else for that matter. So, instead of picture spamming this thread, why don't you make yourself useful by either a) doing some research and posting some good sources on Ancient Egypt or b) STFU.

I think Marquez can go forward as long as he stays behind his jab.

I've already given you plenty of sources on tropical body plans, cranio-facial evidence, and cultural evidence. Go back and read what I've already given you.

You can talk to Oscar, Cotto, Mosley, and Clottey to see if not being Mexican helps.

oh and you might as well ask Ledwaba while you're at it
