well if valero was still alive, he could be fighting at 140 now. guzman is actually fighting at 140 but failed to make the weight and has been coming in as a WW. morales is now campaigning at 140 and is a belt holder. all these guys that are with pac in FW and SFW have outgrown their previous divisions and some are chasing the big fights which are normally in the higher weights.
Peoples bodies are not the same and from the eveidence we have Marquez is slow at the weight. You are making the mistake of camparing him to pac, who is a genetic freak.
What evidence do we have that he is slow at the weight, he has never been that fast to begin with and even in the Mayweather fight when he actually got a chance to punch his speed looked about the same, so please point me to this evidence...
probabley because when marquez last piled on a lot of weight, against mayweather, he looked slow and not as effective as he usually was. pacquiao's a totally different fighter than floyd, but no doubt, marquez's best weight is lightweight. marquez is not, and never has been, a welterweight.
Marquez will be fine. Last time he fought against Mayweather, he was doing weird stuff like actually throwing big rocks and drinking his pee. I was thinking he was joining shotput competition instead of boxing. This time, it is scientifically done, or enhanced.
Don't think its enhanced I think he wants to prove that he can beat and out box pacman like he did in his first fight and arguably the second one.
