    Round 5

Trout turns LoPorto and right hooks him in the face. LoPorto comes chugging along, getting tagged with right jabs and hooks to the body before flopping against Trout (or missing lunging right hands and getting brutally countered with left uppercuts square on the bottom of his chin that send him reeling back and the process starting all over). LoPorto holds Trout in a semi-clinch and pounds away with his free right hand. Trout lines up a perfect straight left lead. LoPorto flops back against the ropes and does some ducking below the waist to try and slip jabs. Trout punishes him with a left uppercut to the face. Right hooks, left uppercuts, and body shots by Trout. Nothing from LoPorto.

    50-44 Trout

I love watching Trout's technique, but his lack of power would be of concern against elite fighters.

    LoPorto has never been stopped....

At least two people did drop him before Trout, though (on the lower tier of the Aussie scene).

Pretty much every single round could be scored 10-8. This is silly.

I agree. This ugliness is LoPorto's fault.

    Round 6

Trout continues to line up left hands from outside and bang away with right hooks to the face up close. LoPorto grabs him whenever he can, and otherwise gets pummeled into corners and against the ropes. LoPorto flops off whatever solid surface he can bounce his back off of, and gets CREAMED by right hook after right hook. LoPorto's face is bruised and reddened. HE IS TAKING A BEATING!!! LoPorto is against the ropes, getting SLAMMED OVER AND OVER!! Ramos is thinking about intervening... Trout is thinking about PUNCHING. LoPorto is incapable of thinking!!

    RAFAEL RAMOS SAVES HIS LIFE!!

Thank goodness the ref stopped the fight that was a battery in the ring. LOL.

    Trout by TKO.

"NO DOUBT TROUT!!! NO DOUBT TROUT!!!"

    - El Paso

I guess they got their money's worth if they wanted to root on their boy in a domination. They certainly didn't get a competitive fight.

Right now I have to put Trout as the favorite vs. Lara simply because he consistantly brings the pressure and doesn't let up.

was it Trout who used to spar Pavlik? I might be thinking of someone else...
