To order tonight's event on Sky

    Call 08712004444 or go to
    This content is protected
and follow the watch on TV links

You will need to have your viewing card number ready but your viewing card must be in the box and the box switched on when you order or you will miss your signal

If you have registered before and have a phoneline connected to your box you can order through the box office menu. If you have an insufficient credit message it means you have a failed payment on your account with us, do not call Sky about this call customer services direct on 08448429844

If you experience a blue screen this means you missed your signal, call customer services direct on 08448429844 to get it resent and instantly resolved. You can also try unplugging your box from the wall for 30 seconds to force a reboot.

If you need to email about TV
    This content is protected
, customers service number is 08448429844 - this is direct to an agent and a national rate call

If you want to record with Sky+ read the rules here -

The lines are busy so if you need help you will need to hold briefly

    Web - Order at
    This content is protected
    following the watch online links

    Any support issues email
    This content is protected

Virgin - Order through the on demand menus. Any customer services issues need to be directed to Virgin Media customer services on the usual numbers

I hope this helps and I will check in as often as possible to help further

Heard alot of **** about primtime. I really wanted to see this fight so thought **** it ill get it, after all its what id spend on a night out!

New customer so not registered before. Was going through it nicely and got to the point where it says new customers will be charged £2.50 registration fee. That just lost you a viewer. Am i that tight? No , but in principle you can go and **** off you robbing *******s! Once before When i was on virgin i just bought through on demand, no hassle (even though the quality was crap)

I wouldnt even mind if i was paying for half decent quality but by the sounds of it its shite.

Card starts at 2am, Pacquiao vs Marquez is scheduled for 5:10am but may start as early as 4:30am depending on undercard fights

The £2.50 registration charge covers us sending a signal through Sky to activate your viewing card to make it possible for you to order through the box office menu for future events. This is a one off lifetime fee and is charged at cost, most companies charge between £10-15 for this.

Sorry don't know the technical name, I believe it's called an activation request but I may be wrong.

Most independent subscription services on Sky charge a registration fee, Setanta used to charge on, all the channels in the adult section charge one, Premier do or did charge one. It's a pretty standard thing

Tried to order through the remote last night, no good. Tried ringing this morning, spent 10 minutes on hold before hanging up. Phone bill is already probably bout 20 quid so I won't be trying again. Everytime I order a fight, afterwards I swear I won't do it again but always give in. Definitely finished this time though
