Hi Tommy, sent you a PM last night, what message did you get on your sky box when trying to order with the remote and did you have your phoneline connected to the box? Would you like me to get someone to call you?

Phoneline was connected. It just set a reminder for the fight as usually happens with any box office stuff but I asked you to check to make sure and it obviously didn't

I'm astonished that people find it so difficult to order a fight. We've had PPVs in this country for at least 15 years. It is quite straightforward.

I sent you a PM last night, that has been successful if it's in your planner. We won't get the information about your purchase until you've viewed but if you order through the box office menu it works like any other box office purchase. Say checking purchase information, asks you to confirm then adds to your planner - simples

They used to use the same excuse at Setanta when I worked there. It doesn't cost a thing to send a signal out, its a load of bull****

My issue is unresolveable i'm afraid.

My mrs is having some of her girls round tonight but I have no idea of knowing if they'll be up or down stairs by the time the fight starts.

So I can't order it for either box in case it's unavailable come start time :-(

I'm assuming you can't order it though the sky player on an xbox?

Hi, you won't be able to order it through an xbox I'm afraid. Signals are instant so you can order as soon as you know which box you can use. If you need to speak to an advisor be advised there may be a queue

Does the booking go on the viewing card or the sky box?

We have sky multiroom. I have booked several primetime fights through one of the boxes/cards. However, If I want to watch in the other room tonight, can i just put the viewing card that is already registered in my other sky box and order that way? Or do I need to re do the whole registration for that other box?

Your viewing card needs to be paired with your box, it isn't normally an issue when you have multi room but changing your viewing cards round is not advisable. If you want to watch on a different box you really do need to register that viewing card. PM me your current registered viewing card number and I'll get someone to call you and waive the registration fee on your second box

Order it for one box and if you need to go up or downstairs just unplug the box and plug it back in where ever you want it....simple as that.

    Cheers

I'll see how it goes and let you know if I need to do that. I've actually already ordered it for my usual box, and was just wondering if it would work if I took the card out and put it on the other box. I'll most likely just leave it as it is
