    I knew this would be a big test for Cruz. I didn't know he'd fail it so spectacularly. :lol:

    Burgos has impressed me for a while now, in particular since his war with his fellow Juan Carlos (Martinez).

    People underrate Hasegawa's win over him.

    Hard right hands over the top by Burgos coming forward, and left digs to the body to keep Cruz pinned in place when he tries to duck off to the side. Jabs to the body by Burgos, leaning down. BIG LEFT HOOK by Burgos. All Cruz is doing is coming forward without any jab, ducking and rolling and looking to land combos but Burgos is using good defense and being patient in waiting for his spots on the outside. Cruz starts to push with his jab aggressively now, using it to sting rather than just as a set-up. Burgos starts to drift back out of the way, letting Cruz lunge and miss and then hooking the body. Cruz keeps trying and jabs firmer and more often. Burgos is still hooking the body and tying up well to halt Cruz's momentum.
