I believe some of the fans on this site has been deceived into thinking Pacquaio has in fact improved when in fact Top Rank has cherrypicked fighters who are taylor made for Pac...Thoughts?

    I knew this was coming...

I believe the same... Pacquiao has improved vs Come forward slower fighters..

but against smart, counter puncher boxers... ehhh same Pac.

Pac's a special fighter and I think he has improved his right hand but conventional great counterpunchers will always give him problems. Morales did it and Marquez does it.

He has improved. Which is why Pac's face shows next to no evidence of having been in a fight. We all know Pac's easy to hit and he's shown facial damage against Cotto, Clottey, and Margarito. In this fight, a cut above the eye from a headbutt and some blood from the mouth. Look at Marquez's face, which was red, a little bloodied, and swollen.

dude ive been saying it all along. arum cherry picked those fights. avoided giving pac serious challenges. hes been masterfully matched. arum fooled everyone but not me. he went to war with jmm in their last fight. how can people say he is p4p #1 when it was such a close fight with jmm in 2008? he is the most over hyped fighter these last few years. all u got to do is pay attention and stop the nut hugging

Yes, he has clearly improved... didn't Nacho seem to think that the current more refined version of Pacquiao was an easier target for JMM than the raw, undisciplined version?

He has improved he might have looked **** while doing it but he has improved it just that JMM got his number IMO

Doesn't meant PBF has his number, floyd got tagged by ortiz you think he won't get tagged by pacman?

ORtiz is much bigger than Pacman and can punch with both hands. he also has more power than pacman. ortiz is much more dangerous than pacman will be. there will be no way a 142 lb Pacquiao can take the punches Ortiz took for 12 rounds. Pacquiao will be stopped and taken apart. There's no way around it.

Marquez made him look ordinary. He had literally nothing in his locker that differed from last time they fought. I enjoy Manny's speed and power, but a boxing genius he isn't.

You don't realize it , he did, DUMMY. He beat MARQUEZ in his own game ----skills and counter punching, and without knockdowns, the difference is PACMAN as always, is the AGGRESSOR. :hat
