I read a disturbing article a day or two ago about Fury, he was quoted as saying he often feels suicidal, and he has a deep depression. Sounded like a real cry for help to me, and I can fully understand this affecting his training camp if it's true (well, the article IS from The Sun...). I hope he gets all the help he needs soon. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/boxing/3925142/Tyson-Fury-Ive-felt-suicidal.html
I know what you're saying. I don't give a **** if a fighter has lost his "0". Marvin Hagler, Tommy Hearns and SRL all had multiple defeats and a few people still regard them as ok boxers  I just don't think the general public are interested in watching a fat lad stand with this ankles ten feet apart looking for one big punch, however a fighter like young Mr Eubank may spark an new interest with the right terrestrial coverage.
He had his eyes closed when he got caught flush and he was square on. I think he's got a good chin. His defence is his biggest problem, was open all night to that overhand right. Didnt look particularly good tonight
Good post royalt, I'd go a bit further than a holiday though if I was Mick, I'd be sorting Fury out a mental health assessment with a head doctor!
Hes nowhere near his prime though, hes a young laddie in a huge frame, its crazy to write him off just cos he comes to fight. People seem to forget hes only in his early 20's, so what if he gets put down, hes already shown he has the heart to come back. As everyone here knows, Im a scottish boxing man, & when it comes to brit boxing, Im neutral & honest. & in all honesty Im shocked & saddened about the negativity towards Tyson Fury, cos hes great fun in & out of the ring. For every negative about Fury, theres a positive. I could argue all day about it but Tysons not scottish, so I cant be bothered To cut a long post short, cut the big lad some slack ffs.
IM a Tyson fan. Love what he brings to the sport Really enjoyed c5's boxing again tonight. Wasn't hapy with the gypsies kicking off ringside, but tbh thats always going to happen in Manchester with gypsies in his "home" town The lad took a shot, went down, got back up and did the business. He ain't perfect, but hes young, kean and we should back him. Yes he has his flaws but thats what makes him exciting
i dont think its that bad, he jumped right back up and recoverd quickly. he needs to improve his defence and get in better shape. im not saying his chin is great, but its not terrible.
Bollocks. He has been tagged by decent punchers like Chisora and McDermottt. His resistanc will incrase as he ages and fills out.
I wish people would stop swinging off of Prices ball sack....Fury isn't all that, he's fun to watch and thats about it BUT who has Price actually fought to give you the idea that he could stop Fury?? I want to see Price tagged before making any sort of judgement on him because up to now he's had a free ride....My instinct tells me he's going to turn into a horizontal heavyweight in the great British tradition, we will have to see.
Yeah because Price is this super star now after his last two knockouts. atsch * months ago people were calling price boring on here and he still is.... Trust me Price would be shitting it about fighting Fury because price hasnt fought no one yet so hush your mouth..
big rogie must be raging he didnt take the fury fight now.fury looks like he will be knocked out very shortly
Never heard that before. My issue with Fury is how can you have such a size advantage, but not know how to utilise one of your main strengths... a JAB!!! What was he doing when training with Klitschkos & Manny Steward?
