Those rounds were so damn close. my mate had it 2 rounds more for pac. i had it ALMOST draw to 1 round for JMM. I need to rewatch the fight to confirm, if not for the halohalo beers and harddrinks we had up until now.

have you seen marquez planting his feet and throws his counters whenever pac tries to make his offense? insane!

I did not expect a decision at all, but I thought Pac won. But only by 2 rounds, unfortunately. But Pac did win.

I had Marquez winning. But I have a sinking feeling that my scoring was biased because I expected more from Pacquiao and he didn't deliver. On the other hand the judges might have been expecting more from Marquez considering he is the challenger and Pacquiao is the champ. In their mindset close rounds they're more likely to give to Pacquiao, as he is the champ and the aggressor. The notion is nothing new.

the fight was in vegas, and vegas judges love to give the fighter moving foward and being the agressor the round. pac won but it was very close.

 

Marquez may thrown combos from counter. But most of those landed either on Pacman gloves, arms, or elbow.

Too much expectation on Pacman hence the reaction plus those idiot HBO commentator making it appear Marquez landed every punch.
